Among the inflammatory mediators that are secreted that following interaction inflammation with WBC, is CRP, which is a sensitive marker for systemic inflammation. Regular exercise with controlling the glucose metabolism in diabetes control and subsequently it increases immune response of body. The purpose of this study was to compare three different ways of training on CRP and WBC levels in type 2 diabetic patients. Materials and Methods: 52 patients with type 2 diabetes (40-65 years old) were randomly divided into four groups: aerobic training, resistance, combined (aerobic and resistance) and control groups and each group consisted of 13 subjects. The exercises were done 3 times a week for 60 minutes each session and lasted for 10 weeks. The WBC counts and high-sensitivity CRP (hs-CRP) at baseline and at the end of the study were measured by ELISA. Results: The research findings showed significant reduction in hs-CRP and increased MONO, aerobic exercise group and decrease in CRP and NEUT levels and increase in MONO and LYM were seen in the combination group. CRP in the combination group was significantly higher than aerobic alone, but no difference in WBC groups was noticed. Conclusion: According to the findings, the research prescribes aerobic exercise training can be a particularly suitable compound to prevent complications of type 2 diabetes.}, keywords = {C-reactive protein- white blood cell-exercise training- type 2 diabetes}, title_fa = {مقاسه سه شیوه تمرین ورزشی بر غلظت پروتئین واکنش‌دهندهC و گلبول‌های سفید خونی در بیماران دیابتی نوع2}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: دیابت از جمله بیماریهایی است که باعث کاهش عملکرد سیستم دفاعی بدن در برابر عفونتها میشود. از گونه میانجیهای التهابی که بهدنبال فعلوانفعالات التهاب در کنار گلبولهای سفید ترشح میشود، پروتئین واکنشدهنده(CRP) C است، که نشانگر حساسی برای التهاب سیستمیک محسوب میشود. تمرین منظم با کنترل سوخت و ساز در دیابتیها باعث کنترل قند خون میشود و بهدنبال آن پاسخ دفاعی بدن را افزایش میدهد. بههمین منظور این مطالعه بهمقایسه اثر سه شیوه تمرین ورزشی بر CRPو گلبولهای سفید در بیماران دیابتی نوع II  طراحی شده است.مواد وروش ها: در این پژوهش، 52 بیمار مرد دیابتی نوعII (65-40 سال) بطور تصادفی به 4 گروه تمرینی هوازی، مقاومتی، ترکیبی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. در هر گروه 13 نفر قرار گرفت. تمرینات سه جلسه در هفته، هر جلسه 60 دقیقه بمدت 10هفته بطول انجامید. hs-CRP  به روش الایزا و شمارش عناصر WBC در ابتدا و پایان مطالعه اندازهگیری شد. یافتهها: یافتهها تحقیق نشان داد که تمرینات هوازی بطور معنیداری باعث کاهشhs-CRP و افزایش مونوسیتها شد. همچنین تمرینات ترکیبی نیز باعث کاهش سطح CRP و نوتروفیلها و افزایش مونوسیتها و لنفوسیتها شد. کاهش CRP در گروه ترکیبی نسبت به گروه هوازی بتنهایی بارزتر بود ولی در عناصرWBC تفاوتی نداشت.نتیجه گیری: براساس یافتههای پژوهش تجویز تمرینات ورزشی هوازی و بویژه ترکیبی میتواند روش مناسب برای جلوگیری از بروز عوارض دیابت نوع IIباشد.}, keywords_fa = {گلبول های سفید-تمرینات ورزشی- دیابت نوع دو}, url = {https://joeppa.sbu.ac.ir/article_98816.html}, eprint = {https://joeppa.sbu.ac.ir/article_98816_5c6f6f9f0ae2cf3d6089eb37ac5924b5.pdf} }
