The aim of the current study was investigate the effect of single session of aerobic interval exercise on serum Spexin levels. Methods: Eleven active young men (aged 24±3.63 years, BMI 22.98±2 kg/m2) volunteered for this study. Acute exercise protocol comprising 2 series of 6×10 s sprinting cycling with maximal effort and 10 min active rest (cycling with intensity 65%–75% HRmax). Blood samples were obtained at fasting state, pre-exercise (30 min after breakfast ~365 kcal), immediately after, and 15, 30, and 45 min after exercise. The repeated measures of ANOVA and Bonferroni post-hoc test used to evaluate changes of parameters in the different times. The relationship between variables was assessed using the Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: Despite the changing levels of some metabolites such as glucose, insulin, lactate, TG and LDL-C in this study, spexin levels did not change significantly in any time courses of this study (p>0.05). At fasting state and post-exercise, spexin levels not correlated with other metabolites (p>0.05) but in 30 minutes after breakfast (pre-exercise) negatively correlated with TG (r= -0.645, p=0.032) and during the recovery period, positively correlated with HDL-C (r= +0.357, p=0.041) and negatively correlated with insulin (r= -0.672, p=0.023). Conclusion: It seems that acute exercise-induced negative energy balance in this study may not be sufficient to induce changes in Spexin serum levels.}, keywords = {Spexin,Aerobic Interval Exercise,Active Young Men}, title_fa = {تاثیر یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی تناوبی هوازی بر سطوح سرمی اسپکسین در مردان جوان فعال}, abstract_fa = {هدف: اسپکسین پپتید جدیدی است که در تنظیم رفتار تغذیه، وزن، متابولیسم انرژی و برداشت اسیدهای چرب به درون سلولهای چربی نقش دارد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی تأثیر یک جلسه فعالیتورزشی تناوبی هوازی بر سطوحسرمیاسپکسین بود. روش: یازده مرد جوان فعال (سن 3.63±24.00 سال، شاخصتودهبدنی 2.00±22.98 کیلوگرمبرمترمربع) در این مطالعه شرکت نمودند. فعالیتورزشی شامل 2 سری (10ثانیه×6) رکابزدن با حداکثر سرعت و 10 دقیقه استراحت فعال (رکابزدن با شدت %75-%65 حداکثرضربانقلب) بود. نمونههایخونی در وضعیتناشتا، قبل (30 دقیقه بعداز صرفصبحانه حدود 365 کیلوکالری)، بلافاصله، 15، 30 و 45 دقیقه بعد از فعالیت ورزشی جمعآوری شد. از آنالیز واریانس با اندازهگیریهای مکرر و آزمونتعقیبی بونفرونی برای بررسی تغییرات متغیرها در بازههای زمانی مختلف و از ضریبهمبستگی پیرسون برای بررسی ارتباط بین متغیرها استفاده شد. یافتهها: باوجود تغییر سطوح برخی از متابولیتها نظیر گلوکز، انسولین، لاکتات، TG و LDL-C در این پژوهش، تغییر معنیداری در سطوح سرمی اسپکسین در هیچ یک از بازههای زمانی اندازهگیری شده، مشاهدهنشد (0.05p>). در حالت ناشتا و بلافاصله پس از فعالیت ورزشی، ارتباط معنیداری بین سطوح اسپکسین و سایر متابولیتها یافت نشد (0.05p>) اما در 30 دقیقه پس از صرف صبحانه، سطوحاسپکسین همبستگی منفی و معنیداری با TG (0.032=p و 0.645- =r) و در طول دوره ریکاوری همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری با HDL-C (0.041=p و 0.357+ =r) و همبستگی منفی و معنیداری با انسولین داشت (0.023=p و 0.672- =r). نتیجهگیری: به نظر میرسد که تعادل منفی انرژی ناشی از یک جلسه فعالیتورزشی تناوبی هوازی، احتمالاً برای القای تغییر سطوح سرمی اسپکسین کافی نبودهاست.}, keywords_fa = {اسپکسین,فعالیت ورزشی تناوبی هوازی,مردان جوان فعال}, url = {https://joeppa.sbu.ac.ir/article_98880.html}, eprint = {https://joeppa.sbu.ac.ir/article_98880_fc5ea55704832ac4c4de309ea453effc.pdf} }
