The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of moderate aerobic training on blood pressure, nitric oxide and apelin in women with pre-hypertension.Methods: Twenty-four women aged 30-45 years with pre-hypertension (Pressure 139 over 89) were randomly divided in two groups: aerobic and control. Aerobic exercise was three sessions per week. In the first week, the subjects performed a 50% heart rate reserve (HRR) for 30 minutes, and with increasing training intensity in the eighth week, the training lasted 45 minutes and the severity reached 55%. Blood pressure measurement and blood sampling were performed one day before the first and 48 hours after the last exercise. Serum levels of apelin and nitric oxide were measured using commercial kits by ELISA method. Statistical analysis of data was performed using independent and dependent t-test at a significant level p <0.05.Results: After 8 weeks of aerobic activity, Serum levels of apelin and nitric oxide increased significantly in the training group (p <0.05). If the blood pressure level decreased significantly (p <0.05).Conclusion: It seems that 8 weeks of aerobic exercise can reduce blood pressure by increasing Serum levels of nitric oxide and apelin in middle-aged women with pre-hypertension.}, keywords = {Prehypertension,Aerobic exercise,nitric oxide,Apelin,Endothelial function}, title_fa = {اثر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی متوسط بر فشار خون، سطوح سرمی نیتریک اکساید و آپلین زنان میانسال مبتلا به پیش فشار خونی}, abstract_fa = {هدف: فشار خون یکی از عوامل ایجاد بیماری های قلبی  عروقی می باشد که سلامت افراد جامعه را تحت تأثیر قرارمی دهد. هدف از این مقاله، بررسی اثر 8 هفته تمرین هوازی متوسط بر فشار خون، نیتریک اکساید و آپلین در زنان مبتلابه پیش پرفشاری خون است.روش ها: بیست و چهار زن 30 تا 45 ساله مبتلاء به پیش پرفشاری خون )فشار 139 روی 89 (، به طور تصادفی به دوگروه هوازی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. تمرین هوازی سه جلسه در هفته بود. به طوری که در هفته اول، آزمودنی ها به مدت30 دقیقه با 50 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره دویدند و با گذشت زمان، با افزایش شدت تمرین در هفته هشتم، مدت تمرین45 دقیقه و شدت آن به 55 درصد رسید. اندازه گیری فشار خون و نمونه گیری خون، یک روز پیش از نخستین مرحله و48 ساعت پس از آخرین مرحله تمرین انجام شد. سطوح سرمی آپلین و نیتریک اکساید با استفاده از کیت های تجاری، بهروش الایزا اندازه گیری شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تی مستقل و وابسته در سطح معناداریp>0/05 صورت گرفت.نتایج: پس از 8 هفته فعالیت هوازی، سطوح سرمی آپلین و نیتریک اکساید در گروه تمرین افزایش معناداری داشتند، درصورتی که فشار خون کاهش معناداری داشت ) 05 / .)P≥0نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد، 8 هفته تمرین هوازی متوسط، می تواند با افزایش سطوح سرمی نیتریک اکساید و آپلینباعث کاهش فشار خون زنان میانسال مبتلا به پیش پرفشاری خون شود.}, keywords_fa = {فعالیت هوازی متوسط,ضربان قلب ذخیره,عملکرد اندوتلیال,پیش ـ پرفشار خونی}, url = {https://joeppa.sbu.ac.ir/article_98966.html}, eprint = {https://joeppa.sbu.ac.ir/article_98966_928f919209ce1ecec98d9ad98a73109a.pdf} }
