For this purpose, 11 volunteers (male) were selected from a military training center.Methods: In two stages, using Transcranial magnetic stimulation technique by Medtronic device as well as to register the shooting score by air rifle before and after 30 hours of sleep deprivation, the subjects were studied. Obtained data, with descriptive statistics and t-test were analyzed.Results: It was shown that 30 hours of sleep deprivation caused a signifi cant decrease in shooting score(p=0.003); also signifi cantly increased the range of motor evoked potential amplitude (p=0.009), no signifi cant reduction of motor evoked potential latency and no signifi cant increase in facilitated motor evoked potential latency (p=0.98, p=0.15).Conclusion: According to the results of this study it can be concluded that 30 hours of sleep deprivation, signifi cantly decreased the score of shooting, Since, any signifi cant increase or decrease in the amount of excitability affects the optimal performance of the nervous system, Therefore, it can be said that the decrease in shooting score in subjects of this study is probably related to the disturbance in the observed amount of excitability nervous system , Which can be considered in future research.}, keywords = {sleep deprivation,shooting,transcranial magnetic stimulation,excitability}, title_fa = {تاثیر 30 ساعت محرومیت از خواب بر امتیاز تیراندازی و تحریک‌پذیری قشری نخاعی سربازان}, abstract_fa = {هدف: بررسی ساز و کارهای عصبی در پی اختلال در خواب، به منظور شناخت آثار نامطلوب این اختلال، بر عملکردهایمرتبط با سیستم عصبی بسیار حائز اهمیت است. بنابراین، این مقاله در نظر دارد تا به بررسی تأثیر 30 ساعت محرومیتاز خواب، بر امتیاز تیراندازی و تحریک پذیری قشری نخاعی عضلات برجستگی تنار در سربازان بپردازد.روش ها: یازده نفر از سربازان یک مرکز آموزشی نظامی، به روش انتخاب خوشهای و تصادفی برگزیده و در دو مرحلهکنترل و تجربی، با بهره گیری از روش آزمایشگاهی تحریک مغناطیسی مغز، با استفاده از دستگاه محرک مغناطیسیمدترونیک و ثبت نمره تیراندازی با تفنگ بادی، قبل و بعد از 30 ساعت محرومیت از خواب مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند.میانگین و دامنه اختلافات، با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون آماری t همبسته بررسی شد.نتایج: سی ساعت محرومیت از خواب، موجب کاهش معنی دار امتیاز تیراندازی ) 003 / p=0 ( و افزایش معنی داردامنه برانگیختگی تحریک قشری نخاعی ) 009 / p=0 ( شد، اما تغییرات هدایت مرکزی و هدایت مرکزی تسهیل شدهآزمودنیهای این پژوهش، از نظر آماری معنی دار نبود ) 98 / p=0 و 15 / .)p=0نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، 30 ساعت محرومیت از خواب، موجب کاهش معنی دار نمره تیراندازیمیشود؛ و از آنجایی که هرگونه افزایش و یا کاهش معنیدار میزان تحریکپذیری بر عملکرد بهینه دستگاه عصبی تأثیرمیگذارد، لذا میتوان گفت که کاهش نمره تیراندازی، احتمالاً به اختلال در میزان تحریک پذیری عصبی مشاهده شدهمرتبط باشد.}, keywords_fa = {حریک مغناطیسی مغز,دامنه برانگیختگی,هدایت مرکزی,هدایت مرکزی تسهیل شده}, url = {https://joeppa.sbu.ac.ir/article_98969.html}, eprint = {https://joeppa.sbu.ac.ir/article_98969_51905dd693fc404d26863e4540079997.pdf} }
