تاثیر 8 هفته مصرف دمنوش آویشن و تمرین شنا بر برخی فاکتورهای عفونی در شناگران دختر 10-13 ساله شهر تهران
چکیده:زمینه و هدف: عفونت های ادراری بدون نشانه، به علت نقش مهمی که میتوانند در ایجاد نارسایی مزمن کلیه خصوصا در نوجوانان داشته باشند مورد توجه میباشند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر مصرف دمنوش آویشن و 8 هفته تمرین شنا بر برخی شاخصهای عفونی ادرار در دختران نوجوان شناگر10 – 13 ساله میباشد.روشها: به این منظور 16 شناگر نوجوان دختر بعد از همگن سازی بر اساس ویژگی های عفونی به 2 گروه آزمایش (آویشن و تمرین ؛ 8=n)، وکنترل (دارونما و تمرین؛ 8=n) در برنامه تمرینی شنا با شدت 60 -70% ضربان قلب هدف برای 3 جلسه در هفته وبه مدت 8 هفته شرکت کردند. گروه آزمایش هر بار 2 گرم آویشن قبل و بعد تمرین دریافت نمودند. نمونه گیری از آب استخر و ادرار و سنجش ترکیب بدنی در پیش آزمون و در پایان هفته هشتم انجام شد. برای مقایسه میانگینهای بین گروهی و درون گروهی به ترتیب از t مستقل و t وابسته وجهت داده های کیفی از یومان ویتنی در سطح معنیداری(05/0>P ) استفاده گردید.یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مصرف هشت هفته دمنوش آویشن، متغیرهای گلبول سفید(001/0=P)، نمود ظاهری ادرار(001/=0P)، اپیتلیال سل(001/0=P) در پس آزمون به طور معنیداری در گروه آزمایش نسبت به کنترل کاهش داده است. ولی اختلاف معناداری در گلبول قرمز(334/0=P)، PH (118/=0P)، نیتریتp=1 و کشت ادرار (118/0=P)، بین گروهها مشاهده نشد.نتیجه گیری: به نظر میرسد که مکمل سازی با گیاه آویشن و تمرین شنا از طریق سازوکارهای متفاوت بر فاکتورهای عفونت ادراری تغییرات مثبتی را نشان میدهد.

تأثیر گوش دادن به موسیقی مهیج، آرامش بخش، ترکیبی و تحریک کنندهی امواج مغزی حین فعالیت بدنی بیشینه بر بهبود اجرای ورزشی در دانشجویان دختر
استفاده از انواع موسیقی در حیطهی ورزش و توانبخشی مورد توجه قرار گرفتهاست، اما نتایج مطالعات در مورد اثربخشی آنها متفاوت است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر گوشدادن به چهار نوع موسیقی آرامشبخش، تحریککنندهی امواج مغزی،مهیج و ترکیبی حین اجرای فعالیتبدنی واماندهساز بر بهبود اجرای ورزشی در زنان بزرگسال بود. به این منظور تعداد 10 نفراز دانشجویان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه خوارزمی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی ها طی روزهای غیرمتوالی به صورت متقاطع در قالب پنج گروه فعالیت بدنی بدون موسیقی، فعالیت بدنی همراه با موسیقی آرامش بخش، فعالیت بدنی همراه با موسیقی مهیج، فعالیت بدنی همراه با موسیقی تحریک کننده ی امواج مغزی و فعالیت بدنی همراه با موسیقی ترکیبی پروتکل ورزشی نوارگردان بروس را تا واماندگی انجام دادند. بلافاصله پس از اتمام پروتکل ورزشی میزان لاکتات خون، ضربان قلب، زمان فعالیت تا رسیدن به واماندگی، میزان درک فشارکار، میزان احساس توانمندی آزمودنیها اندازه گیری شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد با این که در هر سه گروه موسیقی ترکیبی، موسیقی مهیج و موسیقی تحریک کننده ی امواج مغزی میزان لاکتات خون بلافاصله پس از فعالیت بدنی بیشتر از گروه فعالیت بدنی بدون موسیقی بود، اما این اختلاف معنادار نبود. همچنین نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که گوش دادن به سه نوع موسیقی استفاده شده حین اجرای تمرین وامانده ساز تأثیر معنیداری بر میزان ضربان قلب نداشت. اما گوش دادن به این موسیقی ها بر افزایش زمان فعالیت تا رسیدن به حالت واماندگی، کاهش میزان درک فشارکار، افزایش میزان احساس توانمندی تأثیر قابل ملاحظه ای دارد (p≤0.05). در کل می توان گفت گوشدادن به موسیقی های ترکیبی، مهیج و تحریک کننده ی امواج مغزی حین اجرای تمرین وامانده ساز میتواند از طریق محور HPAو SAMموجب تعادل انرژی و کاهش درک زمان و فشارکار شود که افزایش کارائی ورزشی را به دنبال خواهد داشت.

اثر تمرین اختصاصی در شرایط هایپوکسی و نورموکسی بر تغییرات عامل القایی هایپوکسی (HIF-1α) گویچههای سفید دوندگان استقامت تیم ملّی
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثرات تمرینهای اختصاصی در شرایط هایپوکسی و نورموکسی بر تغییرات عامل القایی هایپوکسی دوندگان استقامت تیم ملّی بود.8 دونده مرد (سن1/3±4/24سال،قد2/4±5/180سانتی-متر،وزن4/3±7/66کیلوگرم، BMI0/1±5/20کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) همراه با تمرینهای اختصاصی به روش R2M در ارتفاع بالا و پایین به صورت داوطلبانه در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. از آزمودنیها آزمون 3000متر و نمونههای خونی قبل و 24ساعت بعد از هر مسابقه انجام شد. برنامه تمرینی شامل تمرینات تداومی، تناوبی، هوازی و مقاومتی بود. دوندگان، به طور میانگین 16جلسه در هفته به مدت 81 روز زندگی در ارتفاع، تمرین در ارتفاع و تمرین در پایین در تمرینات حضور یافتند. برای سنجش میزان تغییرات HIF-1α، هر بار از ورید آنتیکوبیتال هر یک از آزمودنیها در حالت ناشتا، به صورت نشسته و حین استراحت 5 سیسی خون گرفته شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل واریانس اندازهگیری مکرر در سطح معنیداریP≤0.05 استفاده شد. اثر زمان منجر به کاهش معناداری زمان دوی 3000متر از قبل تا بعد از تمرین شد. تغییرات معناداری در HIF-1α مشاهده نگردید (P≤0.05). به طور کلی به نظر میرسد استفاده از تمرینهای اختصاصی در شرایط هایپوکسی و نورموکسی از طریق تغییرات مستقل از بیانژن HIF-1 α در طول تمرین با تغییر در متابولیسم سلولی، موجب کاهش زمان دوی 3000 متر در ارتفاعات پایینتر میگردد.

تاثیر یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی تناوبی هوازی بر سطوح سرمی اسپکسین در مردان جوان فعال
هدف: اسپکسین پپتید جدیدی است که در تنظیم رفتار تغذیه، وزن، متابولیسم انرژی و برداشت اسیدهای چرب به درون سلولهای چربی نقش دارد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی تأثیر یک جلسه فعالیتورزشی تناوبی هوازی بر سطوحسرمیاسپکسین بود. روش: یازده مرد جوان فعال (سن 3.63±24.00 سال، شاخصتودهبدنی 2.00±22.98 کیلوگرمبرمترمربع) در این مطالعه شرکت نمودند. فعالیتورزشی شامل 2 سری (10ثانیه×6) رکابزدن با حداکثر سرعت و 10 دقیقه استراحت فعال (رکابزدن با شدت %75-%65 حداکثرضربانقلب) بود. نمونههایخونی در وضعیتناشتا، قبل (30 دقیقه بعداز صرفصبحانه حدود 365 کیلوکالری)، بلافاصله، 15، 30 و 45 دقیقه بعد از فعالیت ورزشی جمعآوری شد. از آنالیز واریانس با اندازهگیریهای مکرر و آزمونتعقیبی بونفرونی برای بررسی تغییرات متغیرها در بازههای زمانی مختلف و از ضریبهمبستگی پیرسون برای بررسی ارتباط بین متغیرها استفاده شد. یافتهها: باوجود تغییر سطوح برخی از متابولیتها نظیر گلوکز، انسولین، لاکتات، TG و LDL-C در این پژوهش، تغییر معنیداری در سطوح سرمی اسپکسین در هیچ یک از بازههای زمانی اندازهگیری شده، مشاهدهنشد (0.05p>). در حالت ناشتا و بلافاصله پس از فعالیت ورزشی، ارتباط معنیداری بین سطوح اسپکسین و سایر متابولیتها یافت نشد (0.05p>) اما در 30 دقیقه پس از صرف صبحانه، سطوحاسپکسین همبستگی منفی و معنیداری با TG (0.032=p و 0.645- =r) و در طول دوره ریکاوری همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری با HDL-C (0.041=p و 0.357+ =r) و همبستگی منفی و معنیداری با انسولین داشت (0.023=p و 0.672- =r). نتیجهگیری: به نظر میرسد که تعادل منفی انرژی ناشی از یک جلسه فعالیتورزشی تناوبی هوازی، احتمالاً برای القای تغییر سطوح سرمی اسپکسین کافی نبودهاست.

مقایسه منتخبی از ویژگی های آمادگی جسمانی و فیزیولوژیکی زنان تکواندو کارحرفه ای سبک های کیوروگی و پومسه
هدف: هدف ازتحقیق حاضرتوصیف ومقایسه منتخبی ازویژگیهای آمادگی جسمانی تکواندوکاران حرفه ای دختردردوسبک پومسه وکیوروگی بود.روش شناسی: از دختران تکواندوکار حرفهای شهر تهران تعداد 12 نفر از سبک کیوروگی و 12 نفر از سبک پومسه در دامنه سنی 25 الی 30 سالبهعنوان آزمودنی انتخاب شدند. ویژگیهای تیپ بدنی به روش هیث-کارترو درصدچربی به روش چین پوستی هشت نقطه ای تعیین شد. همچنین از آزمودنی ها آزمونهای انعطاف پذیری، پرش سارجنت، چابکی، پاسخ بینایی، تعادل پویا، بیپ تست و آزمون وینگیت برای ارزیابی ویژگی های مختلف فیزیولوژیکی و آمادگی جسمانی به عمل آمد. نرمال بودن داده ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری کولموگروف اسمیرنوف تعیین گردید. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از روش آماری تی-مستقل در سطح معنیداری (05/0 ≥p) استفاده شد. نتایج: یافتههانشاندادکه بین متغیرهای تیپ بدنی،ترکیب بدنی،انعطاف پذیری، عکسالعمل دیداری،تعادل پویا و توان انفجاری پاها و ظرفیت هوازی در دو سبک تفاوت معنیداری وجودندارد (05/0 ≤p) امادر متغیرهای پرش درجا، چابکی و میانگین توان بی هوازی تفاوت معنی داری بین دو گروه وجود دارد (05/0 ≥p). بحث ونتیجه گیری: باتوجه به یافته های این پژوهش میتوان چنین برداشت کردکه گونه پیکری ورزشکاران تکواندوازنوع مزومورفی است که ویژگیهای اکتومورفی رانیز دارند. همچنین ویژگی های مختلف فیزیولوژیکی و آمادگی جسمانی تکواندوکاران سبک کیوروگی و پومسه غیر از چابکی، میانگین توان بی هوازی و توان انفجاری اندام تحتانی تفاوت معنی داری با هم نداشتند هرچند گروه کیوروگی در اغلب فاکتورهای اندازه گیری شده وضعیت بهتری داشتند.

بررسی تاثیر تمرینات تناوبی با شدت بالا بر سطوح امنتین-1 و شاخص های ترکیب بدنی مردان چاق غیرفعال
هدف: امنتین-1 آدیپوکینی است که بیشتر از بافت چربی احشایی امنتال ترشح می شود و رابطه معکوسی با چاقی داشته و در متابولیسم کربوهیدرات ها، چربی ها، بیماری های قلبی-عروقی مرتبط با چاقی هم نقش مهمی دارد. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر 10 هفته تمرین HIIT بر سطوح امنتین-1 و شاخص های ترکیب بدنی مردان چاق غیرفعال می باشد. روش شناسی: این تحقیق شامل 28 نفر مرد چاق غیرفعال می باشد که بصورت تصادفی به دو گروه 14 نفری کنترل و HIIT تقسیم شدند. گروه HIIT به مدت 10 هفته (هر هفته 3 جلسه بصورت یک روز در میان مجموعاً 30 جلسه ی تمرینی) فعالیت منظم انجام دادند. برای مقایسه ی متغییرها قبل از مداخله از آزمون تی مستقل، جهت مقایسه ی تغییرات درون گروهی از آزمون تی مزدوج و از آنالیز کواریانس ANCOVA برای مقایسه بین گروه ها استفاده شد.(سطح معنی داری 05/0 P < در نظر گرفته شد). نتایج: آزمودنی های گروه HIIT قبل و بعد از مداخله ی تمرینی شاهد تغییر معنی داری در BMI، درصد چربی، توده ی چربی بدن و امنتین-1 بوده اند. گروه HIIT نسبت به گروه کنترل بهبود معنی داری در BMI (04/0p=)، وزن (02/0p=)، درصد چربی (02/0p=)، توده ی چربی (01/0p=) داشته است. نتایج آزمون تعقیبی LSD نیز نشان داد که سطوح امنتین-1 گروه HIIT نیز نسبت به کنترل افزایش معنی داری داشته است. (78/9 F= و 008/0p=). بحث و نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر میتوان گفت تمرین HIIT با افزایش عامل ضد التهابی امنتین-1 و کاهش عوامل وابسته به چاقی، نقش موثری در سلامت قلبی عروقی و بهبود اختلالات مرتبط با چاقی در مردان چاق غیرفعال دارد.

تاثیر دو نوع برنامه تمرین مقاومتی بر سطوح BDNF بزاقِ کودکان
هدف: با توجه به پتانسیل بالای شکلپذیری عصبی در کودکان، یافتن بهترین روشهای تمرینی برای رسیدن به سازگاری های عصبی مناسب بسیار حائز اهمیت است. BDNFبه عنوان عضوی از خانواده نروتروفین ها، یکی از شاخص های رشد عصبی است که در پاسخ به فعالیت ورزشی افزایش می یابد .هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی اثر دو نوع تمرین مقاومتی ثابت و معلق بر سطوح BDNFبزاق کودکان نابالغ است.روش شناسی: 24 نفر از پسران نابالغ (میانگین سنی 55/0 3/12، مرحله 1 و2 از مقیاس تانر) در سه گروهِ تمرین مقاومتی معلق (TRX)، تمرین مقاومتی با وزن بدن (BWT)،و گروه کنترل(C) تقسیم شدند. گروههای تمرین، دو جلسه در هفته و به مدت هشت هفته به تمرین پرداختند. همه گروهها سه روز در هفته در تمرینات منظم فوتبال شرکت می کردند. نمونه بزاق، قبل از شروع تمرینات و 72 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرین جمعآوری و میزان BDNFبزاق با روش الایزا سنجیده شد. از آزمونِ آنوای یک طرفه با سطح معنی داری 55/0 برای مقایسه بین گروهها استفاده شد.نتایج: با وجود اینکه اثر تمرین مقاومتی بر قدرت عضلات پایین تنه در گروه تجربی به خوبی مشاهده شد، غلظت BDNFبزاق تفاوت معنی داری در بین گروهها نداشت (411/0=P ، 922/0=F ).بحث و نتیجه گیری: از آنجا که کودکان تحت تاثیر فرآیندهای رشد و بلوغ قرار دارند، به تغییرات ناشی از فعالیت ورزشی در نروتروفینها، حساسیت بیشتری دارند در نتیجه یافتههای مشابه میتواند به دلیل شرکت منظم همه گروهها در تمرینات فوتبال باشد.

تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین ترکیبی قدرتی و پلایومتریک درخشکی بر اجراهای شناگران پسر نابالغ
هدف تحقیق: به روشنی ثابت شده است که تمرین مقاومتی میتواند فعالیتی ارزنده و مفید برای کودکان باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین ترکیبی قدرتی و پلایومتریک در خشکی بر اجراهای شناگران پسر نابالغ 9 تا 12 سال بود.روش تحقیق: آزمودنیهای این پژوهش 20 پسر نابالغ با میانگین سن، قد و وزن بهترتیب 85/0±36/11 سال، 45/7±38/148 سانتیمتر و 51/7±05/42 کیلوگرم بودند که بهصورت غیر تصادفی هدفمند انتخاب شدند. شرکتکنندگان به صورت تصادفی ساده در دو گروه تجربی و کنترل قرار گرفتند. برنامه تمرینی گروه کنترل فقط تمرینات شنا بود در حالی که گروه تجربی علاوه بر جلسات تمرینی شنا، 2 روز در هفته برای 8 هفته تمرین های قدرتی و پلایومتریک را انجام دادند. تمرینهای قدرتی و پلایومتریک شامل پرس سینه، باز شدن زانو، پرش عمودی، پرش عمقی و پرتاب توپ طبی بود. متغیرهای فیزیکی و عملکردی در شروع و پایان دوره تمرین اندازهگیری شدند. داده ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS ویرایش 16، آمار توصیفی، آزمون ویلکاکسون و من ویتنی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.نتایج: بعد از 8 هفته تمرین، در گروه تجربی، وزن بدن، قدرت ، توان عضلانی، اجرای شنا و نیروی جلوبرنده در شنای کرال سینه افزایش معنیداری داشت )05/0.(p< در گروه کنترل، وزن بدن، قدرت (پرس سینه) و نیروی جلوبرنده در شنای کرال سینه افزایش معنیداری داشت )05/0.(p< همچنین تفاوت معنیداری در قدرت، توان عضلانی و اجرای شنای 25 متر کرال سینه بین دو گروه تجربی و کنترل مشاهده شد )05/0.(p<بحث و نتیجه گیری: تمرین ترکیبی قدرتی و پلایومتریک منجر به افزایش قدرت و توان عضلانی در شناگران نابالغ شد. اگر چه بهبود اجرای شنای 25 متر کرال سینه نکته قابل توجهی است، اما دادهها به روشنی بیانگر این است که اینگونه تمرینات منجر به افزایش اجرای شنا و نیروی جلوبرنده نمیشود.

تاثیر هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی و رژیم غذایی کم کالری بر ترکیب بدنی و ریلاکسین زنان یائسه
مقدمه: هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر تمرین مقاومتی و رژیم کم کالری بر ترکیب بدنی و سطح سرمی ریلاکسین زنان یائسه است، روش: در این تحقیق تعداد 20 زن یائسه بطور تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی 11 نفر و کنترل 9 نفر قرار گرفتند، گروه تجربی به مدت 8 هفته، هفته، 2 روز در هفته با شدت 20-30٪1RM[1] تمرین کردند، ولی گروه کنترل در این مدت فعالیت های معمولی خود را داشتند.اندازه گیری شاخص های ترکیب بدنی با استفاده ازدستگاه In body و سطح سرمی ریلاکسین با باکیت ساخت کشور چین، در 2 مرحله، یک هفته قبل از شروع برنامه تمرینی و 48 ساعت پس از اخرین جلسه تمرین در هفته هشتم از هر دو گروه در وضعیت ناشتایی به عمل آمد.به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از ازمون تحلیل کواریانس و همبستگی پیرسون در سطح معنی داری 05/0p≤ و از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 18استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد ترکیب هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی و رژیم غذایی کم کالری باعث کاهش معنادار سطوح کلسترول تام، تریگلیسرید، LDL، ریلاکسین و افزایش HDL نسبت به مقادیر قبل از مداخله شد.همچنین وزن بدن، تودهچربی، درصدچربی، تودهخالصبدن و BMI[2] به طور معناداری درگروه تجربی کاهش یافت، اما کاهش شاخصهای مرتبط با چاقی شکمی (اندازهدورکمر، دورباسن و WHR) به لحاظ آماری معنادار نبود، همچنین بین سطح سرمی ریلاکسین با اجزاء ترکیب بدنی ارتباط معناداری مشاهده نشد، و ارتباط سطح سرمی ریلاکسین با چربی های خون تنها در سطح سرمیکلسترول و LDL معنادار بود. نتیجه گیری: بنابراین کاهش سطح سرمیریلاکسین ناشی از محدودیت کالری همراه با تمرین مقاومتی میتواند بر کاهش عوارض دوران یائسگی اثر گذار باشد و انها را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد.[1] 1Repetition maximum[2] Body mass index

تاثیر هشت هفته تمرین پیلاتس بر سطوح سرمی آیریزین و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین زنان چاق
چکیده:هدف تحقیق :آیریزین مایوکین، آدیپوکین، و نوروکین جدیدی است که اخیراً در انسان و موش کشف شده است، شواهد نشان میدهد آیریزین در انسان، با چاقی و دیابت ارتباط دارد، لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تاثیر تمرین بلندمدت پیلاتس بر سطح سرمی آیریزین و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین زنان چاق، انجام شده است.روش تحقیق: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمهتجربی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون بود. در این تحقیق 24 زن چاق(میانگین سنی61/8±4/38 سال و میانگین BMI 95/2±6/35 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع)، به طور داوطلبانه شرکت کردند و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه تمرین پیلاتس(15 نفر) و کنترل(9 نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرین به مدت هشت هفته، سه جلسه در هفته به تمرین پیلاتس با RPE 16-14پرداختند، در حالی که گروه کنترل هیچگونه تمرینی نداشتند. نمونههای خونی قبل و بعد از تمرین اندازهگیری شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای آماری از آزمون تیوابسته و تحلیل کواریانس استفاده شد.نتایج تحقیق: تحلیل آماری نشان داد، پس از هشت هفته تمرین پیلاتس سطوح سرمی گلوکز، انسولین، مقاومت به انسولین و آیریزین در گروه تمرین در مقایسه با گروه کنترل تغییر معناداری پیدا نکرد(05/0<P). همچنین، هیچ رابطه ای بین آیریزین با BMI، وزن، گلوکز، انسولین و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین مشاهده نشد.بحثونتیجهگیری: نتایج حاکی از این است که انجام هشت هفته تمرین پیلاتس، اثری بر سطوح گلوکز، انسولین، مقاومت به انسولین و آیریزین زنان چاق ندارد.
