اثر تمرین استقامتی بر بیان میر 196 و میر 133 در بافت چربی سفید زیر پوستی در موش های صحرایی نژاد ویستار
هدف: هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی اثر تمرین استقامتی بر بیان میر-196 و میر-133 (miR-196a , miR-133a) در بافت چربی سفید زیر پوستی است. روش شناسی: 16 موش صحرایی نژاد ویستار به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه؛ 1)کنترل (تعداد:هشت) و 2) تمرین استقامتی (تعداد:هشت) تقسیم شدند. موشهای گروههای تمرینی، به مدت هشت هفته، تحت تمرین استقامتی تداومی بر روی نوارگردان قرار گرفتند. برای اندازهگیری بیان نسبی ژن های هدف از روش ریل تایم پی سی آر (Real Time–PCR) استفاده شد. نتایج: دادهها نشان داد که بیان نسبی ژن «پروتئین غیر جفت کننده یک» (UCP1) در گروه استقامتی در قیاس با گروه کنترل به صورت معناداری بیشتر بود (p <0/05). با این حال، بیان میر-196 و میر-133 (miR-196a , miR-133a) در گروه استقامتی در قیاس با گروه کنترل از نظر آماری تفاوت معناداری نداشت (P>0/05).نتیجهگیری: یافته های این مطالعه نشان داد که تمرین استقامتی تغییری در بیان میر-196 و میر-133 (miR-196a , miR-133a) در بافت چربی سفید زیرپوستی ایجاد نمی کند؛ دلالت بر این که «بیش تنظیمی بیان ژن پروتئین غیر جفت کننده یک (UCP1) ناشی از تمرین استقامتی»، با تغییرات بیان میر-196 و میر-133 مرتبط نیست.

رویکردی جدید برسیستم انرژی فاکس و ماتیوس: برآورد رکورد دوهای200، 400، 800، 1500 و 5000 متر بر اساس رکورد دوی 100 و 10000 متر در مردان جوان فعال
هدف: از پژوهش حاضر ارائه روشی جدید برای برآورد رکورد دوهای 200، 400، 800، 1500 و 5000 متر بر اساس رکورد دوی 100 و 10000 متر مبتنی بر نظریه سیستم های انرژی فاکس و ماتیوس و بررسی همگرایی مدل پیشنهادی با روش مبنا در مردان جوان فعال بود. روش تحقیق: تعداد 50 نفر از دانشجویان پسر فعال ( میانگین ± انحراف معیار سنی 98/1 ± 11/18 سال، قد 27/3 ± 89/171 سانتیمتر، BMI : 76/1±11/21 کیلوگرم/مترمربع، VO2max : 67/3 ± 08/51 میلی لیتر/کیلوگرم/دقیقه) به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به 5 گروه 10 نفره (گروههای دوی 200، 400، 800، 1500 و 5000 متر) تقسیم شدند. رکورد دوی 100 و 10000 متر تمامی آزمودنیها در دو جلسه مجزا، حداقل با فاصله زمانی 72 ساعت اندازه گیری و ثبت شد. سپس هر گروه یکی از مادههای دوی200، 400، 800، 1500 و 5000 متر را با فاصله 72 ساعت اجرا کردند و رکوردها ثبت شد (روش مبنا). در نهایت، رکورد دوی200، 400، 800، 1500 و 5000 متر آزمودنیها با استفاده از معادلات برازش شده مبتنی بر سیستم های انرژی فاکس و ماتیوس محاسبه شد. برای ارزیابی همگرایی بین دو روش، از مدل گرافیکی بلاند- آلتمن و همگرایی درونی(ICC) استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج حاکی از همگرایی بالایی بین معادلات پیشنهادی با روش مبنا بود. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج میتوان نتیجهگیری نمود که معادلات پیشنهادی میتواند به عنوان ابزاری کاربردی برای پیشگویی و برآورد رکورد دوهای 200، 400، 800، 1500 و 5000 متر برای ورزشکاران دوهای نیمه استقامت مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

تعیین میزان خستگی مرکزی و محیطی پس از پروتکل وامانده ساز بروس تعدیل شده در مردان جوان با استفاده از روش TMS و M-wave
خستگی به عنوان کاهش برگشت پذیر در عملکرد است که به دو صورت مرکزی و محیطی رخ میدهد. تحقیق حاضر با هدف تعیین سهم خستگی مرکزی و محیطی در پروتکل وامانده ساز بروس تعدیل شده در مردان جوان سالم طراحی شده است. برای این منظور از 16 نفر دانشجوی جوان سالم (سن: 64/2 ± 90/26 سال، وزن 42/10±33/78 کیلوگرم، درصد چربی 46/5±4/18 درصد) استفاده گردید و با استفاده از تحریک مغناطیسی مغزی (TMS) فوق بیشینه (20 درصد بالاتر از آستانه)، موج M فوق بیشینه (20 درصد بالاتر از میزان اوج) و حداکثر انقباض ارادی عضله سافی قدامی میزان خستگی مرکزی و محیطی آنان قبل و بلافاصله بعد از فعالیت اندازه گیری شد. نتایج این تحقیق حاکی از کاهش معنادار در حداکثر انقباض ارادی (5/12%) و میزان پتانسیل عمل (2/10%) حاصل از تحریک مغناطیسی فراجمجمهای بود (36/2t2=، 78/3t1=، 05/0p <) حال آنکه تغییر معناداری در میزان موج M (75/1%) ایجاد نشد(05/0P>). این نتایج حاکی از آن بودند که خستگی غالب در حین فعالیت وامانده ساز بروس ناشی از کاهش قابلیت تحریک مغزی بوده و تغییر خاصی در میزان هدایت پذیری غشاء به عنوان یکی از عوامل ایجاد خستگی محیطی ایجاد نشده است. ضمن آنکه همبستگی معناداری میان میزان کاهش در نیرو و میزان تغییرات در پتانسیلهای حرکتی تولیدی ناشی از تحریک مغناطیسی مشاهده شد(69/0r=-، 05/0p <). نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که نوع غالب خستگی در پروتکل وامانده ساز بروس، خستگی مرکزی است که این خستگی میتواند ناشی از بازخورد عضله ناشی از تجمع متابولیتها بوده یا در اثر تجمع سروتونین در مغز باشد که تعیین علت دقیق آن نیاز به بررسی بیشتری دارد. همجنین با توجه به نقش بسیار مهم خستگی مرکزی در این فعالیت و فعالیتهای مشابه، استفاده از راهکارهایی در جهت کاهش آن به نظر برای افزایش عملکرد میتواند بسیار اثرگذار باشد.

هدف: مقاومت به انسولین از عوامل اصلی در گسترش دیابت نوع 2 به شمار می رود. برخی آدیپوکاین ها بر مقاومت به انسولین نقش دارند که مهمترین این ادیپوکاین ها رزیستین می باشد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر یک دوره تمرین هوازی همراه با مکمل یاری دارچین بر رزیستین و شاخص های قندی در موش های مقاوم به انسولین میباشد. روش شناسی: 36 سر موش صحرایی انتخاب و به چهار گروه (کنترل، تمرین ، عصاره دارچین و عصاره تمرین- عصاره دارچین) تقسیم شدند. دوره تمرینی به مدت 8 هفته اجرا شد که هر هفته 5 روز و شدت تمرین 75-80 درصد حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی بود. به گروههای عصاره دارچین و –تمرین- عصاره دارچین ، 200 میلی گرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن در روز محلول دارچین تزریق شد. نمونه های خونی 72 ساعت پس آخرین جلسه تمرین جهت اندازه گیری متغیر های مورد نظر جمع اوری شد. داده ها با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه در سطح معنیداری 05/0 P≤ تحلیل شد. نتایج: یافته ها نشان داد که سطوح رزیستین در هر سه گروه تجربی کاهش معنیداری داشت، انسولین و مقاومت به انسولین در گروه تمرین و عصاره- تمرین کاهش داشت. همچنین سطح گلوکز در گروه تمرین- عصاره کاهش معنی داری داشت. بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش به نظر تمرین و عصاره دارچین و ترکیب این دو میتواند از طریق تاثیر بر ادیپوکاین رزیستین بر مقاومت به انسولین تاثیر داشته باشد.

بررسی تأثیر 10 هفته تمرین هوازی کم شدت همراه با محدودیت جریان خون بر میزان پروتئین فاکتور نروتروفیک مشتق شده از مغز(BDNF) در عضلات سلئوس، EDL و عصب سیاتیک موشهای صحرایی نر سالمند
چکیدههدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تأثیر 10 هفته تمرین هوازی کم شدت همراه با محدودیت جریان خون بر میزان پروتئین فاکتور نروتروفیک مشتق شده از مغز(BDNF) در عضلات سلئوس و EDL و همچنین عصب سیاتیک موشهای صحرایی نر سالمند بود.روش تحقیق: 60 موش صحرایی نر کهنسال(23-24 ماه) نژاد ویستار، وزن بین 355 تا 481 گرم بودند که به 6 گروه تصادفی، گروه جراحی(BFR)، گروه جراحی ورزش(BFR+Ex)، گروه شم( Sham)، گروه شم ورزش(Sham+Ex)، کنترل( Ctl) و گروه کنترل ورزش(Ex) تقسیم شدند. گروه ها بعد از 10 هفته تمرین سبک هوازی (15متر/دقیقه) به مدت 1 ساعت، 5 جلسه در هفته تمرین کردند و 48 ساعت بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرین، قربانی شدند. نمونه عضلات و عصب سیاتیک بلافاصله جدا در نیتروژن جامد گذاشته و در دمای 80- درجه حفظ شدند. نمونه ها پروتئینی توسط روش وسترن بلات مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. در این مطالعه تجزیه و تحلیل داده های تحقیق با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSSورژن 18انجام شد. توزیع طبیعی داده ها به وسیله آزمون شاپیرو - ویلک مشخص شد. برای آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق از تحلیل واریانس یک سویه استفاده گردید. همچنین جهت تفاوت معنی داری بین گروه های مختلف از آزمون تعقیبی توکی استفاده شد. سطح معناداری 0.05 P≤ در نظر گرفته شد.نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که پروتئین BDNF در عضله EDL درگروه BFR+Ex تنها با گروه های Ctl و Sh کاهش معنی دار(0.05P˂) داشت. همچنین در عضله سلئوس گروه BFR+Ex با تمامی گروه ها کاهش معنی داری(با گروه های Ctl ، Sh و BFR 0.00 =p و Ex و Sh+Ex 0.03 p˂ ) داشت. علاوه بر این گرو ه های Ex، Sh+Ex نیز نسبت به گروه Ctl و Sh (0.00= p) کاهش معنی داری داشتند. از طرفی در عصب سیاتیک گروه BFR+Ex نسبت به همه ی گروه ها افزایش معنی داری(0.00= p) را نشان داد. نتیجه گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد که این نوع تمرینات می تواند بر میزان پروتئین BDNF عضلات تند و کند انقباض تأثیر گذاشته و موجب جریان برگشتی از عضله به عصب شود. همچنین افزایش پروتئین BDNF بعد از این تمرینات در عصب سیاتیک مشاهده شد. و نشان داد که BFR+Ex به عنوان یک روش تمرینی می تواند روی عصب و عضله تأثیر مثبت بگذارد.کلمات کلیدی: تمرین استقامتی-فاکتورهای نروتروفیک- کاهش جریان خون- دوران پیری

اثر مصرف مقادیر متوسط و بالای کافئین بر پاسخ برخی فاکتورهای التهابی متعاقب فعالیت ورزشی واماندهساز در زنان دارای اضافه وزن
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثرمصرف مقادیر مختلف کافئین برفاکتورهای التهابی پروتئین واکنشگر-C و هموسیستئین متعاقب فعالیت ورزشی واماندهساز درزنان دارای اضافه وزن غیرفعال بود. 12 زن غیرفعال دارای اضافه وزن بادامنه سنی 61/2±5/32 سال و شاخص توده بدنی 63/3±28/27 (kg/m2) انتخاب شدند. این پژوهش در 3مرحله و 2ماه و با رعایت اتمام قاعدگی آزمودنیها و در حالت ناشتایی انجام شد. درجلسه اول (اتمام قاعدگی ماه اول)، آزمودنیها کافئین را به صورت دارونما، درمرحله دوم (اتمام قاعدگی ماه دوم) آزمودنیها کافئین به میزان متوسط (6 mg/kgbw) و درمرحله سوم (یک هفته بعد از مرحله دوم) کافئین به میزان بالا (9 mg/kgbw) مصرف و 30 دقیقه بعد ازهر بارمصرف کافئین، آزمون واماندهساز بروس را انجام دادند. بعد از هر مرحله، ازآزمودنیها خونگیری به عمل آمد و پس ازسانتریفوژ، مقدار CRP و هموسیستئین به ترتیب باروشهای آنزیماتیک و ایمنونفلومتری اندازهگیری شدند. دادههای پژوهش بااستفاده از آزمونهای آماری تحلیل واریانس مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی LSD در سطح معنیداری 05/0p < تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که مصرف مقدار متوسط کافئین (05/0P>) و همچنین مصرف مقدار بالای کافئین بر CRP زنان دارای اضافه وزن غیرفعال متعاقب فعالیت ورزشی واماندهساز تأثیر نداشته است (05/0P>). در مقابل یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد که مصرف مقدار متوسط کافئین (05/0p <) و همچنین مصرف مقدار بالای کافئین بر هموسیستئین زنان دارای اضافه وزن غیرفعال متعاقب فعالیت ورزشی واماندهساز تأثیر داشته است (05/0p <). در نهایت میتوان نتیجه گرفت احتمالاً با مصرف دوزهای متوسط و بالای کافئین میزان التهاب ناشی از یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی وامانده ساز را کاهش می دهد.

مقایسه پاسخ برونکواسپاسم به هوای معتدل و سرد به دنبال اجرای فعالیت ورزشی زیر بیشینه توسط ایمپالس اوسیلومتر
هدف: ایمپالس اوسیلومتر به عنوان روشی غیرمستقیم در ارزیابی تغییرات راههای تنفسی ناشی از ورزش، در مقایسه با اسپیرومتر، کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. هدف مطالعه حاضر، مقایسه پاسخ راههای هوائی به یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی زیربیشینه در هوای معتدل و سرد و رابطه دادههای ایمپالس اوسیلومتر با اسپیرومتر میباشد. روششناسی : 18 مرد با فعالیت جسمانی طبیعی و شاخص توده بدنی کمتر یا مساوی 25 و مستعد برونکواسپاسم ناشی از ورزش ، برای این مطالعه انتخاب شدند. پروتکل تحقیق شامل 6 دقیقه فعالیت زیربیشینه با 80 تا 90 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب، روی ترمیل و در هوای 4 و25 درجه سانتیگراد آزمایشگاه بود. برای مقایسه دادههای هوای سرد، به فاصله 48 ساعت، تست یکسان در هوای 22 درجه آزمایشگاه نیز از آزمودنیها بعمل آمد. نتایج: میان دادههای اسپیرومتریک و اوسیلومتریک فعالیت ورزشی در هوای سرد و معتدل، رابطه معناداری مشاهده شد. دادههای اسپیرومتری اختلاف معناداری را در مرحله پس از ورزش، در دو محیط سرد و معتدل نشان داد (p <0.05). اندازهگیری مقاومت تنفسی توسط ایمپالس اوسیلومتر اختلاف معناداری را در حداکثر کاهش شاخص راههای هوائی در هردو محیط شناسائی کرد. بحث و نتیجهگیری: رابطه معنادار میان دادهها، کارآمدی اوسیلومتری در اندازهگیری پاسخ راههای هوائی به ورزش را نشان داد. نتایج نشان داد که هردو محیط میتوانند با مکانیسم مشترک بیشپاسخی و خشکشدن راه هوائی، باعث بروز برونکواسپاسم ناشی از ورزش شوند.

بررسی کارایی سه روش بازگشت به حالت اولیه بعد از مسابقه فوتبال در بازیکنان حرفه ای جوان
هدف این پژوهش بررسی کارایی سه روش بازگشت به حالت اولیه فعال، آب سرد و حمام متضاد بعد از مسابقه فوتبال بر عملکرد بازیکنان جوان حرفه ای بود. 25 نفر از فوتبالیست های جوان باشگاه فولاد مبارکه سپاهان در این پژوهش شرکت نمودند. جهت بررسی درک کوفتگی بازیکنان از پرسشنامه درک کوفتگی استفاده شد. به منظور سنجش عملکرد از آزمون سارجنت، هاف، سرعت دریبلینگ استفاده گردید. تحلیل نتایج حاکی از تاثیر معنی دار روش حمام متضاد نسبت به دو روش دیگر بود(0.001 =p). سرعت دریبلینگ به طور معنی داری افزایش(0.001 =p) و میزان درک کوفتگی بازیکنان به طور معنی داری کاهش یافت(0.001= p). توصیه می شود ورزشکاران جهت تسریع در روند بازگشت به حالت اولیه بعد از هر مسابقه از روش حمام متضاد به طور متناوب 3 دقیقه آب گرم با دمای 35 تا 38 درجه سانتیگراد و یک دقیقه آب سرد با دمای 12 تا 14 درجه و 3 مرتبه استفاده نمایند.

تاثیر هشت هفته تزریق IGF-1 و تمرین مقاومتی بر بیان ژن هایCOX-2 و p53 کولورکتال موش های صحرایی ویستار نر
هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثر هشت هفته تزریق IGF-1 و تمرین مقاومتی بر بیان ژن هایCox-2 و p53 در بافت کولورکتال موش های صحرایی نر بود. روش شناسی: در مجموع 28 سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار به طور تصادفی به چهار گروه شامل: تزریق سالین (کنترل)، تمرین مقاومتی+ تزریق سالین (تمرین)، تمرین مقاومتی+تزریق IGF-1 (ترکیبی)، تزریق IGF-1 (تزریق) تقسیم شدند. پروتکل تمرین مقاومتی (سه روز در هفته، 5 تکرار در سه دوره) شامل هشت هفته بالا رفتن از نرده با حمل باری که به دم بسته می شد. IGF-1 و سالین (5/1 میکروگرم در هر کیلوگرم در روز) قبل و پس از جلسات ورزشی تزریق می شد. سه روز پس از آخرین جلسه فعالیت ورزشی، بافت های کولورکتال جمع آوری شد و سطوح بیان ژن ها با استفاده از روش PCR ریل تایم اندازه گیری شد. نتایج: در گروه های تمرین، تزریق و ترکیبی، بیان ژن p53 در بافت کلورکتال نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش یافته بود (05/0> p). کاهش معناداری در سطوح بیان ژن Cox-2 در گروه تمرین نسبت به گروه کنترل مشاهده شد (002/0= p). سطوح Cox-2 بطور معناداری در گروه تزریق از گروه کنترل بالاتر بود (002/0= p). در گروه ترکیبی، سطوح Cox-2 بطور معناداری بالاتر از گروه تمرین بود (018/0= p). نتیجه گیری: در مجموع، این مطالعه نشان داد که تزریق IGF-1 سطوح p53 را کاهش و سطوح Cox-2 را در کولورکتال موش ها افزایش می دهد. با این وجود، تمرین مقاومتی بیان p53 و Cox-2 را کاهش می دهد و موجب تعدیل کاهش p53 و افزایش Cox-2 ناشی از تزریق IGF-1 می شود.

تاثیر 8 هفته تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا بر سطح پلاسمایی سلکتین- ای و شاخصهای گلبول سفید در بیماران قلبی - عروقی
چکیده هدف: شاخص های التهابی پیشگویی کننده بیماریهای قلبی عروقی نسبت به پروفایلهای لیپیدی در تشخیص این بیماریها از دقت بالایی برخوردار هستند. ارائه الگوی تمرینی مناسب جهت کاهش سطح عوامل التهابی در این بیماران از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر 8 هفته تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا بر سطح پلاسمایی سلکتین- ای و شاخصهای گلبول سفید در بیماران قلبی عروقی بود.روش شناسی: از بیمارانی که به صورت داوطلبانه برای بازتوانی به بیمارستان قلب شهید رجایی تهران مراجعه کردند، تعداد 20 بیمار قلبی عروقی مرد (50 تا 70 سال) انتخاب شدند و به دو گروه (10n=) تمرین و کنترل تقسیم شدند. بعد از اندازه گیری اوج اکسیژن مصرفی، گروه تمرین به مدت 8 هفته، هر هفته 3 جلسه فعالیت تناوبی شامل 8 تکرار 4 دقیقهای (2 دقیقه فعالیت و 2 دقیقه استراحت فعال) اجرا کردند. در حالی که گروه کنترل فعالیت منظمی نداشتند. قبل از شروع و 48 ساعت بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرین در شرایط ناشتایی خون گیری به عمل آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از آزمون T مستقل در سطح معنی داری 05/0 p < استفاده شد. یافته ها: تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها کاهش معناداری را در سلکتین- ای (01/0P=) و لنفوسیت ها (01/0P=) نشان داد. اما در پاسخ نوتروفیل ها، مونوسیتها و ائوزینوفیلها بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (05/0<P).نتیجه گیری: تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا باعث کاهش سطح سلکتین- ای در بیماران عروق کرونری گردید. احتمالا بخشی از تاثیرات مفید تمرینات تناوبی با شدت در بیماران قلبی عروقی بالا ناشی از سازگاری بدن و در نتیجه کاهش سطح عوامل التهابی و سایتوکاینهایی باشد که بیشتر از لکوسیتها منشا میگیرند.
