		<Abstract>The response of cytokines and stress hormones to one session of intensive&lt;br /&gt;aerobic exercise in cold environment in active women&lt;br /&gt;Abstract&lt;br /&gt;There are many hormones interaction between immune and nervous systems which are common in&lt;br /&gt;some messenger molecules as cytokines and the purpose of this article is to study the effect of one&lt;br /&gt;session of intensive aerobic exercise in cold environment on active women. Materials and method:&lt;br /&gt;sixteen physical education students with average age of 20.25 ± 0.93 years, Vo2max 42.14 ±&lt;br /&gt;9.81ml.kg.min and BMI 22.11± 2.66 kg/m² divided randomly in tow experimental and control&lt;br /&gt;groups. The experimental group had pedaled the bicycle ergometer at VO2max 75% for 60 minutes&lt;br /&gt;and the control group had no activity during the test. The environmental temperature and humidity&lt;br /&gt;were maintained the 4◦C level and 40% respectively fixed during the test. Blood samples for&lt;br /&gt;measuring the levels of IL-10, TNFα, CRP, cortisol and epinephrine were taken in pre, immediate&lt;br /&gt;and 2 hours after termination of the activity by participants. Findings: There was no any significant&lt;br /&gt;difference between control and experimental groups in concentration of IL-10, TNFα ,CRP,&lt;br /&gt;epinephrine when they were doing intensive activity in cold weather. There was only significant&lt;br /&gt;difference between groups on concentration of cortisol immedintely after activity (p≤0.05).&lt;br /&gt;Conclusion: one session of intensive activity in cold environment can not affect the imunohormonal&lt;br /&gt;response to the exercise in women athletes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</Abstract>
