اثر 8 هفته تمرین تناوبی پرشدت (HIIT) بر ترکیب بدن، نیمرخ چربی و حساسیت به انسولین در مردان جوان دارای اضافه وزن

چکیده

تمرینات تناوبی پرشدت، روشی تمرینی است که با توجه به زمان کوتاه و حجم کم، در سالهای اخیر به عنوان تمرین با آثاری به مراتب موثرتر از تمرینات سنتی هوازی معرفی شده است. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر 8 هفته تمرین تناوبی پر شدت بر ترکیب بدن و برخی شاخص‌های مرتبط با بیماری‌های متابولیک در مردان جوان دارای اضافه وزن بود. به این منظور 30 مرد جوان با دامنه سنی 19 تا 26 سال و شاخص توده بدن 25 تا 29 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع، به صورت تصادفی در دوگروه تجربی و کنترل (15N=) قرار گرفتند. گروه تجربی به مدت 8 هفته و هر هفته 3 جلسه به مدت 20 تا 30 دقیقه به تمرین تناوبی با شدت 95-100% بیشینه توان پرداختند و گروه تجربی به زندگی عادی خود پرداخت. نمونه‌های خون و اندازه گیری‌های ترکیب بدن قبل و بعد از 8 هفته تمرین از دو گروه  به عمل آمد. آزمون t مستقل نشان داد حساسیت به انسولین در گروه تجربی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل افزایش معنی‌دار یافته است (05/0>p). میزان تریگلیسیرید خون نیز در گروه تجربی کاهش معنی داری را نشان داد (05/0>p). سایر متغیرهای اندازه‌گیری شده شامل لیپوپروتئین‌های سبک و سنگین، کلسترول تام، درصد چربی بدن و شاخص توده بدن در گروه‌های تحقیق تفاوت معنی داری با هم نداشت. یافته‌های این پژوهش بیانگر آن است که انجام تمرینات تناوبی پرشدت به عنوان یک روش تمرینی، به بهبود حساسیت این سلولها به انسولین منجر می‌شود.

Purpose: High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a kind of exercise training that suggested for individuals with any
sufficient time for regular training. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of 8 weeks of HIIT on body
composition and some indexes of relative to metabolic diseases in young men with overweight. Methods: For this aim
thirty young men participants with age of 19-25 y and 25-29 (kg/m2) were randomly assigned to HIIT and control groups
(n=15). HIIT groups exercised three times per week, 10-20 min per session for 8 weeks and control group. Baseline and
after 8 weeks intervention blood samples and body composition analyze were assessed. Results from independent t test
showed that insulin sensitivity and total triglyceride in HIIT group increased (p<0.05). No changes in variables include
total plasma cholesterol, cholesterol), LDL-C (low density lipoprotein-cholesterol), HDL-C (high density lipoproteincholesterol),
fat percentage and body mass index occurred. Conclusions:These findings suggested that HIIT with low
volume and time in comparison with traditional continues training, promoted insulin sensitivity of muscle cells .
