پاسخ سطوح کورتیزول، TNF-α و لاکتات پلاسما به مکمل‌دهی حاد کوآنزیم-10 طی فعالیت با شدت ثابت در زنان فعال

چکیده

چکیدههدف تحقیق: هدف از پژوهش حاضر مطالعه پاسخ سطوح کورتیزول، TNF-α و لاکتات پلاسما به مکمل­دهی حاد کوآنزیم-10 طی فعالیت با شدت ثابت در زنان فعال بود. روش تحقیق: بدین  منظور 24 آزمودنی به­صورت تصادفی به دو گروه مکمل و دارونما تقسیم شدند. مکمل شامل 2 میلی‌گرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم از وزن بدن کوآنزیم Q10  بود. دارونما نیز شامل 250 میلی لیتر آب همراه با رنگ خوراکی بود. پروتکل ورزشی به کار رفته در این تحقیق یک فعالیت با شدت ثابت بود. قبل و بلافاصله پس از اتمام آزمون، نمونه خونی جمع­آوری شد. داده‌های حاصل با استفاده از روش آماری t تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل بیانگر عدم وجود تفاوت معنی­دار در مقادیر متغیرهای سطوح کورتیزول، TNF-α و لاکتات بین دو گروه در حالت استراحتی و بعد از فعالیت بود (05/0<p). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده در این پژوهش و عدم وجود اثرات مثبت این مکمل بر شاخص‌های سیستم ایمنی و لاکتات، به نظر نمی‌رسد لزومی برای استفاده از این مکمل در افراد فعال وجود داشته باشد.

چکیده [English]


Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the response of cortisol levels, TNF-α and plasma
lactate to acute Q10 supplementation during constant load exercise in active females. Methods: 24 subjects
were randomly assigned to supplementation and placebo groups. Supplement containing 2 mg per kg of body
weight, coenzyme Q10, which was dissolved in 250 ml water. Placebo also contained water with food colour.
Supplement and placebo consumed 120 min before the exercise test. Before and immediately after the test
blood samples were collected. Data were analysed using the t test. Results: The results showed no significant
differences between the rest and after exercise in the value of cortisol levels, TNF-α and lactate (p>.05).
Conclusion: According to the results of this study and not positive effects of this supplement on the lactate
and immune system, it seems that there is no need for the use of this supplement in active people.
