تأثیر 12 هفته تمرین منتخب یوگا بر گلوکز ناشتا، هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله و نیم‌رخ لیپیدی در زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر 12 هفته تمرینات منتخب یوگا بر گلوکز ناشتا، هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله و نیم­رخ لیپیدی در زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 بود. روش­شناسی: سی زن مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 با میانگین سن (3/3±8/46 سال)، BMI (0/5±6/29 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) و با 6/2±4/6 سال سابقة بیماری بر اساس معیارهای مشخص در پژوهش انتخاب شدند و در گروه‌های تمرین یوگا (15 نفر) و کنترل (12 نفر) قرار گرفتند. برنامه تمرین گروه تجربی مدت 12 هفته هر هفته سه جلسه و هر جلسه 90 دقیقه به طول انجامید. سطوح گلوکز ناشتا (FBS)، هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله (HbA1c)، تری­گلیسرید (TG)، لیپوپروتئین با چگالی زیاد (HDL-C)، لیپوپروتئین با چگالی کم (LDL-C)، لیپوپروتئین با چگالی بسیار کم (VLDL) و کلسترول تام آزمودنی­ها 48 ساعت قبل از شروع تمرین و 48 ساعت بعد از اتمام دوره تمرین اندازه­گیری شد. یافته­ها: نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که 12 هفته تمرین یوگا موجب کاهش معنی­داری در غلظت گلوکز ناشتا (000/0p=)، هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله (034/0p=)، LDL (009/0p=)،  VLDL (027/0p=) و افزایش معنی­داری در غلظت HDL (003/0p=) در زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 شد. نتیجه­گیری: 12 هفته تمرین یوگا موجب بهبود در سطوح گلوکز، هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله و HDL، LDL و VLDL خون می­شود و احتمالاً برای تأثیر بیشتر بر تری گلیسرید و کلسترول تام باید مدت دوره­ی تمرین در این بیماران بیشتر شود.

The Effect of 12-Week Yoga Selected Exercise on Fasting Glucose, Glycosylate dHemoglobin and Lipid Profile in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Background: The aim of the present study is the effect of 12 weeks of yoga selected exercises on fasting
glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and lipid profile in premenopausal women with diabetes type 2.
Methodology: Thirty females with diabetes type 2 and a mean age of (46/8±3/3 years), weight (69/7±17/1
kg), height (155/0±5/0 cm), BMI (29/6±5/0 kg per square meter) and with 6/4±2/6 years of illness were
selected based on specific criteria in research and were divided in two groups of yoga practice (n=15) and
control group (n=12). Experimental group’ exercise program lasted for 12 weeks, three sessions per week and
each session 90 minutes. Fasting glucose levels (FBS), Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), triglyceride (TG),
lipoprotein with high density (HDL-C), lipoprotein with low-density (LDL-C), lipoprotein with very low
density (VLDL) and total cholesterol of the participants were measured 48 hours before the exercise and 48
hours after the exercise protocol. Results: This results of the study showed that yoga practice for 12 weeks
significantly decreased fasting glucose concentration (p=0/000), Glycosylated hemoglobin (p=0.034), LDL
(p=0/009), VLDL (p=0/027) and significantly increased in the concentration of HDL (p=0/003) in females
with diabetes type 2. Conclusion: 12-weeks yoga exercise improves glucose levels, Glycosylated hemoglobin
and HDL, LDL and VLDL of the blood and probably the period of practice in these patients should be
increased for a greater impact on triglycerides and total cholesterol.
