تاثیر شش هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید بر بیان پروتئین گیرنده MC1R مونوسیت‌ها و سطوح پلاسمایی پپتید α-MSH در مردان دارای اضافه وزن

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر 6 هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید بر بیان پروتئین گیرنده ملانوکورتین 1 مونوسیت‌ها (MC1R) و سطوح پلاسمایی پپتید محرک مونوسیت- آلفا (α-MSH) در مردان جوان دارای اضافه وزن انجام شد. روش شناسی: تعداد 20 آزمودنی مرد دارای اضافه وزن (میانگین ± انحراف معیار؛ سن، 88/1± 2/25 سال؛ حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی 28/4±9/41؛ وزن، 74/7±3/85 کیلوگرم؛ چربی بدن، 1/3±6/25 درصد و شاخص توده بدن، 6/1±3/27) به طور داوطلبانه و با آرایش تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل (C) و تمرین تناوبی شدید (HIT) تقسیم و در این تحقیق شرکت کردند. گروه C در طول دوره تحقیق به فعالیت عادی روزمره خود ادامه داد. گروه HIT در طول شش هفته پروتکل تمرین، 3 جلسه در هفته روی نوارگردان تمرین کردند. تمرین شامل 8 اینتروال با مسافت 300 متر و با شدت معادل 100 تا 110درصد vVO2max بود که هر دو هفته، 1 اینتروال به حجم آن اضافه شد و فواصل استراحت بین اینتروال ها به صورت استراحت فعال و نسبت آن به زمان تمرین 1:2 تنظیم گردید. شاخص‌های آنتروپومتریکی و نمونه‌های خونی ناشتایی در دو مرحله قبل و 48 ساعت بعد از اتمام پروتکل تحقیق اندازه‌گیری و ثبت شدند. رژیم غذایی آزمودنی‌ها، قبل از شروع تمرین مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل آماری داده‌ها از تحلیل واریانس مکرر با عامل بین گروهی (2×2) استفاده شد. نتایج: تحلیل واریانس مکرر نشان داد 6 هفته تمرین HIT باعث کاهش معنی‌داری در وزن بدن (002/0P=)، BMI (005/0P=) و چربی بدن (001/0P=) شد؛ همچنین بیان پروتئین MC1R مونوسیت-ها متعاقب تمرین HIT افزایش معنی‌داری نسبت به گروه کنترل نشان داد (001/0P=) اما در غلظت پلاسمایی پپتید محرک مونوسیت- آلفا متعاقب تمرین HIT تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده نگردید (56/0P=). بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: این یافته‌ها نشان داد که تمرین HIT باعث افزایش معنی‌داری در بیان پروتئین MC1R مونوسیت‌ها در مردان جوان و غیرفعال می‌شود؛ و ممکن است در کنترل و پیشگیری التهاب مزمن و بیماری در مردان دارای اضافه وزن از طریق تاثیر ضد التهابی گیرنده MC1R مونوسیت‌ها درگیر باشد. علاوه بر این به تحقیقات بیشتری در این زمینه نیاز است.
