تاثیر سن بر پاسخ غلظت سرمی ویسفاتین ومقاومت به انسولین به یک جلسه فعالیت استقامتی

چکیده

هدف: هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر سن بر پاسخ سرمی ویسفاتین و مقاومت به انسولین به یک جلسه فعالیت استقامتی بود. روش شناسی: چهل و پنج آزمودنی مرد به سه گروه سنی 15 نفری جوان (20- 30 سال. 9/22BMI:)، میانسال (40-50 سال،9/25:BMI) و مسن (60-70 سال، 4/26:BMI) تقسیم شدند. آزمودنی‌ها در همه گروهها ، پس از تعیین حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی، 30 دقیقه فعالیت را با شدت 60 درصد توان هوازی خود بر روی دوچرخه انجام دادند و متعاقب آن 30 دقیقه ریکاوری غیر فعال داشتند. سه نمونه خونی قبل از فعالیت، بلافاصله بعد از فعالیت و نیز پس از 30 دقیقه گرفته شد و برای اندازه‌گیری گلوکز، انسولین، اینترلوکین-6 ویسفاتین آنالیز شدند. مقاومت به انسولین نیز با استفاده از غلظت گلوکز و انسولین محاسبه گردید. جهت بررسی اثر سن بر پاسخ فاکتورهای مختلف از آنوای یک راهه مستقل استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که بین پاسخ سرمی ویسفاتین به فعالیت حاد استقامتی در گرو‌های سنی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (001/0 =P) در حالی که تاثیر سن بر پاسخ گلوکز، انسولین، اینترلوکین -6 و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین به فعالیت معنی دار نبود (05/0P). بحث و نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج تحقیق سن عامل موثری بر پاسخ سرمی ویسفاتین به فعالیت حاد استقامتی می‌باشد، و اینکه ویسفاتین در کاهش مقاومت به انسولین نقش ندارد بلکه احتمالا از طریق مسیرهای دیگری در تعادل انرژی نقش دارد.
