تأثیر دو ماه برنامۀ تمرینی منتخب پیلاتس با لوح فشرده و نظارت مربی بر SPPB زنان مبتلا به ام.اس

چکیده

هدف: امروزه شناسایی و طراحی مداخلات تمرینی آموزشی، کم‌هزینه و قابل دسترس برای بیماران به‌ویژه افراد مبتلا به ام.اس، ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد .یک رویکرد بالقوه ممکن است آموزش تمرین هدفمند از طریق رسانه‌هایی مانند لوح فشرده باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثر دو ماه برنامۀ تمرینی پیلاتس با لوح فشرده و نظارت مربی بر SPPB زنان مبتلا به ام.اس بود.
روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه‌تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون بود و شرکت‌کنندگان 30 زن مبتلا به ام.اس (میانگین سن 24/6 6/43 سال، قد 40/5 20/163 سانتی‌متر، وزن 52/6 22/60 کیلوگرم) بودند که به سه گروه شاهد، تمرین با لوح فشرده و تمرین در سالن تقسیم شدند. آزمون  SPPB( تعادل، سرعت راه رفتن و قدرت اندام تحتانی) قبل و بعد از تمرینات انجام گرفت. تمرینات طی 8 هفته، 3 جلسه و یک ساعت انجام گرفت. از تحلیل کوواریانس در سطح 5 درصد به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.
نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان داد نمرات SPPB گروه تمرین با لوح فشرده در مرحلۀ پس‌آزمون نسبت به پیش‌آزمون افزایش یافت، اما از نظر آماری تفاوت معناداری نداشت (05/0
(13و1)F)، با وجود این میزان تأثیر برابر 21 درصد بود؛ یعنی تمرینات منتخب دوماهه همراه با لوح فشرده در منزل، 21 درصد روی SPPB زنان مبتلا به ام.اس مؤثر بوده است. در گروه تمرین با حضور مربی نمرات SPPB از نظر آماری افزایش معناداری داشت (05/0> Pو 00/11=(14و1)F).
نتیجه‌گیری: از یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که تمرینات منتخب پیلاتس در منزل همراه با لوح فشرده بر SPPB بیماران مبتلا به ام.اس 21 درصد اثربخش است و با توجه به دسترسی آسان و هزینۀ مالی بسیار کم، این روش می‌تواند بسیار سودمند و مناسب باشد. اما از آنجا که تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ تولید محتوا و لوح‌های فشرده اولین از نوع خود در کشور است، به‌نظر می‌رسد انجام پژوهش‌های بیشتر ضروری است.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: Today, identifying and designing educational, low-cost and accessible exercise interventions for patients, especially those with Multiple Sclerosis appears to be essential. One potential approach may be to practice through media such asose of this study was to investigate the effect of two months pillates training with and without supervision on women with Multiple Sclerosis.
Methods: This study was semi experimental with pre-test and post-test design. Thirty women with multiple sclerosis (age: 43/6 ± 6/24 years, Height: 163/20 ± 5/40cm, weight 60/22 ± 6/52 kg) participated and divided into three groups: control, exercise with deliverd CD, and exercise with coach. SPPB test (balance, walking speed, lower extremity strength) was performed before and after training. The exercises lasted for 8 weeks, 1 hour,3 sessions per week. To analysis of data analysis of covariance (p < 0.05) was used.
Results: Results showed that the SPPB scores of the CD group increased in the post-test compared to the pre-test but did not show a statistically significant difference. (p < 0.05, F (1, 13) = 3.52). However, the effect size was 21persent. That is, two months of selective exercise with a CD at home had a 21% effect on SPPB for women with MS. Also There was a statistically significant increase in SPPB scores in the training group (p = 0.005 and F (1,14) = 0 .11).
Conclusion: It can be concluded that selected Pilate's home exercise with CD on the SPPB of MS patients is 21% effective and can be easily accessed with very low cost and cost. Since this research is the first of its kind in the country, further research is needed.
