چکیده
چکیدههدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر یک دوره تمرین استقامتی بر کلاژن 18 پلاسمایی و عضله قلبی موشهای نر ویستار بود.و تمرین (C) 135 گرم) به طور تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل - 6 هفتهای و 125 - روش شناسی: 16 سر موش صحرایی نر ویستار ( 4تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرینی شامل 8 هفته، 5 روز در هفته، به مدت 20 تا 60 دقیقه و سرعت 28 تا 34 متر در دقیقه بود. (T)72 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرینی نمونهگیری خون و بافت برداری انجام شد. مقدار کلاژن 18 به روش الایزا اندازهگیری شد.تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج: مقدار کلاژن 18 پلاسمایی α<0/ مستقل در سطح معنیداری 05 t دادهها با استفاده ازپس از هشت هفته فعالیت (T=40/476±11/933 ،C=20/080±3/ و عضله قلبی ( 169 (T=0/839±0/079 ،C=0/721±0/142)بحث و نتیجهگیری: افزایش کلاژن .( P=0/ ورزشی افزایش داشت، ولی این افزایش فقط در سطح عضله قلبی معنیدار بود ( 04618 احتمالاً نشان دهنده تأثیر فعالیتهای ورزشی بر مهار رگزایی بوده و گواه دیگری بر اثرات ضد سرطانی فعالیتهای ورزشیمیباشد.
