اثر یک دوره تمرین هوازی همراه با مکمل یاری دارچین بر رزیستین و شاخص های قندی در موش های مقاوم به انسولین

چکیده

هدف: مقاومت به انسولین از عوامل اصلی در گسترش دیابت نوع 2 به شمار می رود. برخی آدیپوکاین ها بر مقاومت به انسولین نقش دارند که مهمترین این ادیپوکاین ها رزیستین می باشد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر یک دوره تمرین هوازی همراه با مکمل یاری دارچین بر رزیستین و شاخص های قندی در موش های مقاوم به انسولین می­باشد. روش شناسی: 36 سر موش صحرایی انتخاب و به چهار گروه (کنترل، تمرین ، عصاره دارچین و عصاره تمرین- عصاره دارچین) تقسیم شدند. دوره تمرینی به مدت 8 هفته اجرا شد که  هر هفته 5 روز و شدت تمرین 75-80 درصد حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی بود. به گروه­های عصاره دارچین و –تمرین- عصاره دارچین ، 200 میلی گرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن در روز محلول دارچین تزریق شد. نمونه های خونی 72 ساعت پس آخرین جلسه تمرین جهت اندازه گیری متغیر های مورد نظر جمع اوری شد. داده ها با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه در سطح معنی­داری 05/0 P≤ تحلیل شد. نتایج: یافته ها نشان داد که سطوح رزیستین در هر سه گروه تجربی کاهش معنی­داری داشت، انسولین و مقاومت به انسولین در گروه تمرین و عصاره- تمرین کاهش داشت. همچنین سطح گلوکز در گروه تمرین- عصاره کاهش معنی داری داشت. بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته­های پژوهش به نظر تمرین و عصاره دارچین و ترکیب این دو می­تواند از طریق تاثیر بر ادیپوکاین رزیستین بر مقاومت به انسولین تاثیر داشته باشد.

Purpose: The most important reason for the development of type 2 diabetes is insulin resistance. Some adipokines effect on insulin resistance, the most important adipokines is resistin. The aim of this study was to determine the effect aerobic training with cinnamon extract on Resistin and Glycemic Indexes on insulin-resistant rats. Methods: Thirty six wistar rats selected, and randomly divided into four groups (control, training, cinnamon, and training - cinnamon). Training protocol was performed for 8 weeks and 5 days a week with 75-80% VO2max. Cinnamon and training - cinnamon group were injected 200 ml/kg/day cinnamon extract. 72 hours after the final training session blood samples were collected.
