بررسی وضعیت درشت مغذی‌ها و هزینة انرژی ورزشکاران نخبۀ پارالمپیک شهر تبریز

چکیده

چکیده: هدف: مسابقات پارالمپیک مهمترین مسابقات ورزشی جهان برای افراد کم‌توان جسمی است که هر چهار سال یک‌بار به طور منظم برگزار می­شود. حضور در رقابت­های ورزشی و عملکرد عالی نیازمند جنبه­های متفاوتی از جمله تغذیۀ صحیح است. در این راستا هدف از مطالعۀ حاضر بررسی وضعیت درشت مغذی­ها و هزینة انرژی ورزشکاران نخبۀ پارالمپیک شهر تبریز می­باشد.روش شناسی: 35 نفر ورزشکار نخبۀ پارالمپیک (مرد و زن به ترتیب: شاخص توده بدنی: 8/25 و 9/22 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع ، درصد چربی: 6/22 و 6/28 درصد، نسبت دور کمر به دور لگن: 96/0 و 85/0) فرم­ رضایت­نامه و مشخصات عمومی، فرم­­های ثبت سه روزۀ غذا و فعالیت را تکمیل کردند. مقدار دریافت درشت مغذی­ها، فیبر، کالری دریافتی ، هزینۀ انرژی و مقدار انرژی وعده­های مختلف در نرم افزار  نوتریشن 4 محاسبه گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از روش­های آمار توصیفی استفاده شد.نتایج: میانگین کالری دریافتی و هزینۀ انرژی روزانۀ مردان و زنان: (مردان: 7/3573، 2/3179 و زنان: 7/2191 ، 6/2165 کیلوکالری در روز) و توزیع انرژی از زیاد به کم در مردان در وعده­های صبحانه، ناهار، شام ، میان­وعده­ها و در زنان در وعده­های ناهار، شام، صبحانه و میان­وعده­ها بود. مقدار دریافت درشت مغذی­ها در همۀ ورزشکارانپارالمپیکی بالاتر از مقادیر مرجع بود. مقدار فیبر دریافتی در مردان کمتر از مقادیر مرجع بود.بحث و نتیجه­گیری: مقدار دریافت درشت­ مغذی­ها در ورزشکاران نخبة پارالمپیک شهر تبریز بیشتر از مقادیر مرجع بود. بنابراین کنترل و بازبینی رژیم غذایی ورزشکاران نخبه پارالمپیک ضروری به نظر می­رسد.

Abstract

Purpose: Paralympic games festival are the most important competitions for disabled people in the world that is held regularly every four years. Competing in sport tournaments and having high performance in tourney needs different schemes such as good nutrition. So the purpose of this study was to assess the macronutrient status and energy expenditure of elite Paralympic athletes in Tabriz.

Methods: 35 elite athletes with disabilities in Tabriz (men and women: BMI: 25.8 and 22.9 kg.m^(-2), Body fat percentage: 22.6 and 28.7%, WHR: 0.96 and 0.85) filled consent and general information forms. They recorded food intake and activity forms in 3 days too. Then intake value of macronutrients and fiber, calorie intake, energy expenditure and energy value of foods in various meals was calculated in Nutrition IV software. Descriptive statistic was used for analyzing data.

Results: Mean amount of calorie intake and daily energy expenditure in men and women was (3573/7, 3179/2 in men and 2191/7, 2165/6 Kcal per day in women). Energy distribution in descending feature was in breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in men. It was in lunch, dinner, breakfast and snacks in women. Intake of macronutrients were higher than reference values in all Paralympic athletes. Fiber intake in men athletes was lower than reference values.

Conclusions: The amount of intake of macronutrients in elite Paralympic athletes were more than reference values. Therefore, diet monitoring of Paralympic athletes seems necessary.
